The European Cybersecurity Challenge (ECSC) is an initiative supported by the European Union Agency for Cybersecurity (ENISA) and aims to enhance cybersecurity talent across Europe and connect high potentials with industry leading organisations.
Supported by the European Commission and EU Member States, the ECSC operates within the broader framework of the EU's Cybersecurity Strategy and the NIS Directive.
National cybersecurity teams are consisted of the10 best young talents aged between 14 and 25 years old that participate in the competition. These teams represent their countries by competing and showcasing skills across various domains, such as cryptography, reverse engineering, and digital forensics. Held annually in one of the European countries, the ECSC serves as a platform for collaboration, skills enhancement and career development.
